Step 2, Why do we this? (Purpose)

Step 3, What are your strengths?  If a task can be done in many ways, why not tailor the task to exploit your strengths?  What if you knew your team mates strengths, and helped them tailor their roles and tasks to exploit their strengths?  Wouldn’t this be pursuing mastery?
